WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?

Orders will be delivered in most cases within 2-3 days.  

WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY?

For any order over AED 250, your delivery is completely free, subject to the conditions set out in the section on Delivery Fees below. If your order is less than AED 250, there will be a delivery charge of AED 25.

WHAT IS THE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

  1. Returns will be accepted within 7 days from the date of
  2. Refunds will be in the form of a store credit note unless the product is
  3. Exchange of product(s) is acceptable within 14 days from the date of
  4. Products can only be exchanged
  5. The value of the exchange must be equal to or higher than the original
  6. Supplier warranty is applicable for products under
  7. For hygiene and safety reasons, undergarments, ear plugs, swimming goggles, socks, mouth guards, water bottles and other similar products cannot be refunded or
  8. All products to be exchanged/returned must be in new and resaleable condition, in the original packaging and accompanied by the original sales
  9. The customer must present the original sales invoice when requesting a repair of the
  10. If the repair period exceeds 15 days, the store will provide the customer with a similar alternative
  11. For goods that cannot be replaced, a refund will be issued in accordance with the refund policy, provided all conditions are
  12. Items bought during sales or promotions can only be exchanged and not
  13. For electronic items, returns or exchanges will be accepted only if they are unopened and in their original packaging, unless they are
  14. Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or
  15. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or as store
  16. Damaged or defective items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase subject to
  17. Items returned with a gift receipt will be eligible for exchange
  18. This policy is subject to the terms and conditions of Law 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection in the UAE.

Before ordering a customized item, please follow these rules:

  • Only current player names from the team roster can be used.
  • Retired player names cannot be printed on their former team’s jersey.
  • Adult and youth jerseys can have a maximum of 10–12 characters.
  • Only capital letters (A–Z) and spaces are allowed in the name field. Numbers (0–9) can be used in the number field.
  • Each space counts as one character.
  • Slang, phrases and profanity are not permitted.

The company reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with these rules.

COMPANY RIGHTS

Please note, Al Mana Fashion L.L.C. reserves the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges on items that are:

  • unfit for resale
  • exchange made outside of the 14-day time frame
  • refund made outside of the 7-day time frame

Such cases will not be accepted, except where the product contained a pre-existing flaw at the time of delivery. Any such products will be sent back to the customer and shipping cost will be charged to the customer accordingly.

WHAT IS THE COST OF RETURNS?

There are no additional shipping charges for the return of item.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER?

Step 1: Make sure you have read the refund & exchange policy. 

  • Is the product in its original condition? 
  • Do you have the original receipt? 
  • Are you making the claim within the given time period?

Step 3: We will come and collect or exchange your item for free. 


DELIVERY FEES

  • Free delivery is only applicable on orders over 250 placed in the emirates of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Umm Al Quwain. For orders under 250, an additional charge of 25 is applied to the basket total
  • An additional charge of 75 is applied to the basket total for the emirates of Ajman, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah
